- **Conduct eye examinations and assess patients' visual needs.**:

- **Provide personalized recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses.**:

- **Demonstrate and promote optical products to patients and customers.**:

- **Maintain knowledge of current trends in eye care and optical products.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.**:

- **Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.**:

- **Key role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis as well as selling products, executing stocktakes and SOPs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.**:

- **Handle inquiries and resolve any customer concerns regarding products or services.**
