**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound & Outbound Calling**: Reach out to potential customers to generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- **Sales & Promotion**: Promote and sell property packages to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of Fantigo Living and Homies Living accommodations.
- **Customer Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve major customer concerns, while basic issues will be managed by the property manager.
- **Booking Management**: Record and update confirmed bookings on the company's app.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to enhance conversions and customer satisfaction.
- **Property Visits**: Visit properties to take basic updates on property conditions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using online booking platforms and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to visit properties and interact with clients in person.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
