**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and pleasing personality.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- **Communication**:
- Maintain excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve visitor inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the company’s image.
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹40,283.68 per month
