A PGT Chemistry teacher is responsible for teaching Chemistry to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) and preparing them for board exams, competitive exams, and higher studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lesson Planning & Teaching**:
Design and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons as per the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).

Use innovative teaching methodologies, including experiments, projects, and digital tools.

2. **Curriculum & Assessment**:
Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and practical exams.

Ensure syllabus completion within the academic timeline.

3. **Lab Management**:
Supervise and conduct Chemistry practicals in the laboratory.

Ensure safety protocols are followed in the lab.

4. **Student Guidance & Mentorship**:
Provide individual attention and doubt-clearing sessions.

Guide students for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, etc.

5. **Classroom Management & Discipline**:
Maintain a positive learning environment.

Encourage student participation and curiosity in Chemistry.

6**. Parent & Staff Coordination**:
Communicate student progress with parents.

Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary learning.

7**. Professional Development**:
Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and teaching methods.

Attend workshops, training, and faculty meetings.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) + B.Ed. (preferred)

**Skills**:
Strong command over Chemistry concepts and practicals.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Familiarity with modern teaching aids like smart boards and online learning tools.

**Work Schedule & Salary**:
Work Hours: As per school timings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
