- **Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages.**
- **Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations.**
- **Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.**
- **Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.**
- **Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.**
- **Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales or travel industry preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Passion for travel and customer service.
