Sri Sai Chandra Automobiles, an authorized Royal Enfield dealership, is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Salesman** to join our team. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice to help them select the perfect Royal Enfield motorcycle. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless, customer-centric sales experience from inquiry to purchase.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their requirements and preferences in a motorcycle.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information about the various Royal Enfield models, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Explain the advantages of different variants to help customers make informed decisions.
- **Sales Process**: Assist customers through the entire sales process, from product demonstration to finalizing the sale. This includes preparing quotes, assisting with paperwork, and guiding customers through financing options.
- **Customer Education**: Advise customers on maintenance, accessories, and additional services offered by the dealership to enhance their ownership experience.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the dealership.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular contact with prospective customers, ensuring they receive follow-up information and excellent service.
- **Store Presentation**: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry, is preferred.
- **Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Royal Enfield motorcycles or a willingness to learn.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- **Customer Service**: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve dealership goals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
