Role: Online - Purchasing Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 06 Months

Shift Timing: Day Shift/ Rotational Shift

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders based on internal requirements and customer needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate ordering of goods and services from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain records of orders, purchase transactions, and supplier communications.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of payments to suppliers.
- Assist in resolving any issues with suppliers, such as delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business or related field preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is a plus..
- Excel, Communication Skill
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
