Accounting of Invoices

Purchase bills

Service bill

Contractor bills

Freight inward & outward bills

Sales commission bills
- Petty cash reimbursement
- Untagged GRN follow up with the internal teams
- Vendor payment process
- Vendor Reconciliations.
- Bank entries
- Coordination with internal and statutory auditors on audit time.

**Job description**

Accounting of General service invoices
- Accounting of Employee reimbursements and payment processing
- Accounting of Payroll related entries and reconciliations of payables
- Statutory payments such as PF, ESI, TDS processing
- Vendor Reconciliations.
- TDS return preparation and filing of TDS returns
- Accounting of bank payment and BRS
- Coordination with internal and statutory auditors on audit time.
