**Job Title**: Hindi Teacher - Primary Grades

**Reports to**: Head of Department / Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons as per the curriculum.
- Teach Hindi language skills (vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in age-appropriate ways.
- Create engaging lesson plans and teaching aids to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
- Assess students’ progress regularly through classwork, assignments, projects, and tests.
- Maintain proper records of student performance and provide feedback to parents during PTMs.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular activities, story-telling, recitation, and cultural programs.
- Manage classroom discipline and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology where required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / Education (B.A. in Hindi + B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in a school (primary level) is an advantage.
- Strong command over Hindi language (both spoken and written).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- Ability to design innovative classroom activities and foster holistic learning.
