**Job Summary**:
Responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision medical device components as per design specifications, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, or grinding) for manufacturing medical-grade parts.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models**.
- Set up tools, offsets, and programs according to **job instructions**.
- Monitor machining process and make adjustments to ensure **accuracy and efficiency**.
- Perform **in-process quality checks** using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Maintain logs of production runs and report any deviations or machine issues.
- Ensure all parts meet **tight tolerances and surface finish** required for medical use.
- Follow all **cleanroom and contamination control protocols** (if applicable).
- Assist in **machine maintenance and cleaning** schedules.
- Adhere to company policies on **safety, quality, and regulatory compliance** (ISO 13485, FDA).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die / CNC Machining
- 0-1 years experience operating CNC machines, preferably in medical device or precision engineering industry
- Familiarity with **G-code**, **CAM software**, and various CNC control panels (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.)
- Good understanding of **GD&T**, material properties, and machining processes
- Knowledge of **quality assurance tools** and basic documentation

**Preferred**:

- Experience working under **ISO 13485 / GMP** environment
- Basic understanding of **FDA or CE compliance** in medical components

Pay: ₹9,821.17 - ₹12,000.00 per month
