**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and develop SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- **Off-Page Optimization**: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships to enhance domain authority.
- **Technical SEO**: Perform site audits to identify and fix technical issues, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and schema markup.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target audience needs and search intent.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- **Algorithm Updates**: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies to maintain or improve rankings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, web development, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- **Keyword Research**: Expertise in identifying and targeting high-impact keywords using tools like Google Keyword Planner or other research platforms.
- **On-Page & Off-Page SEO**: In-depth knowledge of on-page optimization (meta tags, content structure, internal linking) and off-page strategies (link building, outreach).
- **Technical SEO Knowledge**: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) to address technical SEO issues.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create reports to track KPIs like organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present strategies to stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with local SEO and optimizing for Google My Business.
- Knowledge of paid search (PPC) and its integration with SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies to support SEO efforts.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant SEO tools.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
