**Job Title**: Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company’s services or products.
- Ensure security by monitoring access to the premises and issuing visitor passes when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
