**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the educational needs of students in accordance with the school curriculum.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and enforce rules for behavior, maintain order in the classroom, and create a positive learning environment.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate students' academic and social growth through tests, projects, assignments, and regular feedback.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs or advanced abilities.
- **Parent Communication**: Regularly communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with current teaching practices and educational standards.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Contribute to school activities, clubs, and events outside the classroom, promoting overall student development.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, teaching strategies, and school policies.
- **Student Support**: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, attendance, and other required documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Adaptability to different teaching methods and student needs.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Classroom setting, with occasional outdoor activities or field trips.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for parent-teacher meetings or school events.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods, manage classroom activities, and lift materials up to [weight]
