**Designation: Interior Designer**

**Experience**: 4 to 5 years

**No of Position**: 1

**Role & responsibilities**
- Design and development of Cinema, Shopping Mall, Hotel and Game Zone etc
- Involve in all the stages Presentation, Design Development, Co-ordination & Execution
- Conceptual/schematic design preparation and coordination with requirement
- Reviewing the Presentation drawing and giving necessary suggestions/correction to Executive Architects
- Monitoring the Corporation/working drawings and site visit/execution time to time when ever needed
- Coordination with different departments and co-ordinate with Consultants, Contractors & Vendors
- Detailing of all internal areas and toiletries, passages, parking, foyers, lift claddings, landscapes, etc. and general site features like landscapes, temples, children’s play areas.
- Interior work and all service designing, including electrical, plumbing and other utilities.
- High-rise residential architecture and interior design work
- Deal with vendors and suppliers to look for the right technical solution will add value
- Presentation skills along with a high level of proficiency in English. They will be enthusiastic and passionate, eager to learn and go the extra mile for high quality delivery and technical excellence
- Knowledge of Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Visualization Software, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
- Ability to coordinate across other design disciplines such as structures, MEP, landscape.
- Ability to understand the complexity of working with multiple consultants on one project which involves complex coordination
- Experience in designing basements desirable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
