**Digital Marketing Associate (Content)**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- _Develop compelling, SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and other online platforms, ensuring it aligns with our target keywords and audience._
- _Create engaging and shareable social media content, including posts, images, and videos, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement._
- _Leverage AI-assisted content creation platforms to enhance the content development process._
- _Collaborate with the SEO and marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our business goals and objectives._
- _Research industry trends and topics to create timely, relevant, and informative content._
- _Proofread and edit content to ensure it is free of errors and consistent with our brand voice and style._
- _Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement._
- _Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support the development of new content initiatives._

Desired Profile:

- _Bachelor's/master’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field._
- _0-2 years of experience in digital content writing, copywriting, or a similar role._
- _Tech-savvy, with experience using AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT._
- _Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail._
- _Proficient in using social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube._
- _Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously._
- _A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Familiarity with graphic design and photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be an added advantage. _

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
