**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and manage all non-academic curricular activities, including clubs, societies, sports, and cultural events.
- Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and participation in non-academic activities.
- **Program Development**:

- Design and implement innovative programs and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and talents.
- Ensure that non-academic programs align with the overall mission and values of the institution.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of all events and activities.
- Supervise and mentor team members involved in non-academic program delivery.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and staff to promote non-academic activities.
- Utilize excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Hindi) to reach a diverse community.
- **Policy Development**:

- Develop and enforce policies and guidelines for student conduct and participation in non-academic activities.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage budgets for non-academic activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 15 years of experience in a leadership role related to non-academic activities in an educational setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and stability in career progression.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful non-academic programs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field preferred.
