**Position Summary**

This position is in the Procurement Department, which handles all procurement deals for the Company worldwide. The Procurement Department is part of the Finance and Accounting Organization and is responsible for negotiating strategic vendor arrangements with the goal of getting the best deal possible by lowering overall costs, adding value while minimizing risk. This role works closely with the Accounts Payable to administer and support a variety of systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify, set up new, and maintain vendor / supplier data in the Company’s accounting system (NetSuite);
- Assist with questions and management of the Company’s procurement system (Coupa);
- Review and enter Procurement contracts into the Company’s procurement system;
- Request quotes and RFP pricing for software / hardware purchases;
- Provide training, guidance and support to employees regarding the procure to pay (PTP) processes and policies;
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier payment issues and questions;
- Maintain various procurement programs which includes maintaining user lists, answering questions specific to the program, and working with the vendors to troubleshoot issues;
- Track and analyze spend for various commodities;
- Send on-going reports to Finance, Accounting and various individuals on the Procurement team.

**Job Requirements**
- One year of procurement experience or equivalent business experience;
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written;
- Experience utilizing procurement modules. Experience using NetSuite and Coupa is a plus;
- Good customer service skills;
- Ability to work well with others;
- One year of procurement experience processing purchase orders and interfacing with suppliers or equivalent business experience;
- Strong technical understanding and skills.
