1. Electric Mobility: EV policies, regulations, and market trends, focusing on their socio-economic and gender-inclusive impacts.
2. Energy Transition & Renewable Energy Integration: Global energy transition trends and their implications for the electricity sector, with a focus on policy and regulatory dimensions. Socio-economic challenges of integrating variable renewable energy sources and explore policy-driven solutions such as storage and grid flexibility.
3. Just transition: Addressing socio-economic challenges of decarbonization empowering communities, integrating variable renewable energy sources and carrying out impact analysis to design effective community outreach and skilling initiatives.
4. Stakeholder engagement: Partnering with various stakeholders and dialoguing for customization, accessible vehicle models, EV adoption and dissemination.

- Qualification_

- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Economics/Social Science/Public Policy/Sustainable Development/Engineering or having 3 years of research
- design & development experience after Post Graduate degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in the power/renewable energy/EV sector with social sector understanding is preferable.
- Skills_

- Knowledge of social science research methodologies
- policy analysis
- and impact assessment.
- Familiarity with energy economics
- sustainable development goals (SDGs)
- gender mainstreaming in energy systems and targeted community action.
- Strong skills in Excel and Power-BI for data analysis and reporting.
