**A Day in the Life**

The Associate Quality System Specialist will join our team in Manila Quality and Regulatory Affairs and help shape policies that change lives. The role will support processing of product complaints, end to end, from intake to closure. Specifically this will include:

- Translate Japanese event description into English within the complaint database with support of Machine Translation tool
- Translate Japanese service report into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation tool
- Process the event within the complaint database as per instruction, including uploading documents into the database ‎

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree holder required
- Proficient in reading and speaking English and Japanese language
- JLPT Certification
- Able to read and write Japanese, to support Japan customers and stakeholders

**Nice to Have**
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
