Security Supervisor

**Minimum Experience: 4 years as Security Supervisor**

**Supervision and Leadership**:Lead and supervise a team of security personnel.
Provide guidance, training, and support to security staff.
Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Security Planning and Strategy**:Develop and implement security plans and strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats.
Collaborate with management to create and update security protocols.

**Monitoring and Surveillance**:Oversee surveillance systems and monitor activities on-site.
Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises.

**Emergency Response**:Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Conduct drills to ensure the readiness of security personnel in emergency situations.

**Investigations**:Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents.
Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and document findings.
Work closely with law enforcement when necessary.

**Communication**:Maintain effective communication with security staff, management, and other relevant departments.
Report incidents and provide regular updates to the appropriate authorities.

**Training and Development**:Provide ongoing training to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and other relevant topics.
Ensure that security staff is knowledgeable about the latest security technologies and best practices.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Keep detailed records of security activities and incidents.
Prepare reports for management on a regular basis.
Maintain incident logs and documentation for future reference.

**Customer Service**:Interact with employees, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Address security-related concerns and inquiries.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security.
Stay updated on changes in security laws and regulations.

**Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure that security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems, is properly maintained and functioning.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
