**Job Summary**:
The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe, clean, and disciplined environment for all residents. This role includes managing hostel facilities, supervising students, addressing their needs, and ensuring compliance with hostel rules and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accommodation, welfare, and discipline of all hostel residents.
- Ensure hostel rules and regulations are followed and take necessary actions in case of violations.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure the hostel is clean, comfortable, and properly maintained.
- Monitor the safety and security of the hostel, including conducting regular checks and ensuring emergency protocols are in place.
- Maintain records of hostel activities, including attendance, visitor logs, and any disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and manage the allocation of rooms and ensure all students have access to required amenities.
- Assist in organizing hostel events or activities that promote a healthy social atmosphere.
- Act as the first point of contact for students regarding any concerns, conflicts, or complaints.
- Ensure timely distribution of hostel-related notices and information to residents.
- Collaborate with other hostel staff and college administration for effective management.
- Ensure the well-being of all residents by monitoring their physical and mental health, and offering support when needed.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Education, Hospitality Management, etc.).
- Proven experience in a similar role or working with young adults.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- A caring and approachable attitude towards students.
- Ability to work in a team and manage a diverse group of individuals.
