We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our team. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and pipeline.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare/Diagnostic Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Considerations**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: A solid understanding of Genetic industry or target market will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
