**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice. In this role, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while gaining practical experience at Cushman and Wakefield. This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity to build essential skills and grow professionally within our organization

**About the Role**:

- Support the team in day-to-day operations related to Project development Service Line
- Collaborate with project managers to create project plans, define objectives and set timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project report, issue reports and meeting minutes.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and contribute to business strategies.
- Contribute to administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordinating team activities.
- Attend training sessions to develop technical and soft skills.
- Work closely with the assigned mentor to complete structured learning goals and tasks.

**About You**:

- Diploma /Graduate/Master degree in [relevant discipline: BTech, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, BArch, Architectural Engineering
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
- Interest in real estate
