**Job Overview**:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our immigration services. You will lead our sales efforts, manage a team, and collaborate with marketing to grow our customer base and increase brand awareness. Your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning our company as a leader in the immigration industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for visa and immigration services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
