We are looking for motivated and dynamic Female Tele-callers to serve as PRO (Parent Relations Officers). The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with parents over the phone, providing them with information about our school, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships. While experience is preferred, we welcome freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to parents to introduce our school, its programs, and upcoming events.
- Engage with parents in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Provide information about admissions, enrollment procedures, tuition fees, and other relevant topics.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with parents to promote trust and confidence in our school.
- Follow up with prospective parents to answer questions, provide additional information, and encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and parent interactions using the school's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with other members of the Parent Relations team to coordinate outreach efforts and achieve enrollment targets.
- Stay informed about school policies, programs, and initiatives to provide accurate and up-to-date information to parents.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance communication and customer service skills.
- Adhere to established call scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in parent interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help and assist others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or databases is a plus.
- Age below 35 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
