**Draftsman/Visualizer**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ability to understand and work on architectural and structural CAD Drawings
2. Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with sales engineers as and when required.
3. Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages
4. Work on Architectural 3D Modeling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering on Visuals, and Walk-through projects.
5. Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior and Landscape Visuals and Animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer.
6. Undertake 2D image finishing and retouching operations.
7. Knowledgeable in Post-Production to enhancing visuals/walk-through using Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Nuke, and other plug-ins & Special effects software.
8. Create 3D walk-through & Fly-through animation.
9. Work with clients, engineers, and colleagues to design and plan landscaping projects.
10. Prepare a site plan as per the site survey measurement.
11. Prepare a Landscaping design and plans and complete detailed working shop drawings with the use of CAD and sketch up, Lumion or 3D Max.
12. Preparing/ submission of all requirements for approval to (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees) and any relevant authorities in UAE.
13. Ensure that all landscaping plans are designed with local and federal environmental technical guidelines and regulations in mind.
14. Evaluating the areas/quantities using CAD and preparing BOQ’s
15. Any other task assign by the managements.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a brilliant eye for detail
- 2-3 Years of Experience is a must
- Portfolio is required
- Software knowledge like 2D & 3DS Studio MAX, AUTOCAD
- Strong Communication Skills in English (written and spoken)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
