**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Handle client queries and provide quick, effective resolutions
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, etc. is a plus)
- A client-first mindset with attention to detail

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate from any stream
- Prior internship experience in client handling is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
