**Job Title**: SEO Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaigns.
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize website content, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and image alt text.
- Ensure website content is optimized for target keywords and phrases.
- Create and update high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Perform technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting website performance.
- Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
- Implement structured data markup to enhance search visibility.
- **Off-Page SEO and Link Building**:

- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to maintain a healthy link profile.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- **Local SEO (if applicable)**:

- Optimize for local search, including managing Google My Business listings and local citations.
- Implement strategies to improve local search visibility and drive local traffic.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal links for better SEO performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with web design principles (HTML, CSS, and basic web development knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
