We are looking for a proactive **Associate Recruiter** who will be responsible to provide the support to UK team for their HR Services majorly on recruitments.
As an **Associate Recruiter **your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for providing assistance on End to End recruitment cycle.
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Coordinate with the UK team and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
- Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Freshers or 6 months of experience in recruitment.
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to prioritize your workload.
- Should be result and target oriented.
