Material Flow Control Support

Associate I - Procurement

- Producing reports and performing controls for material flow processes, based on interfaces and information systems.
- Full support for production line managers/planners in raw material flow processes to production lines.
- Monitor and control the flow of materials from warehouse to production lines (tool open / close).
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory flow to and from production floor.
- Maintain accurate records of material transactions in production orders.
- Collaborate with PDC staff to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and material flow processes.
- Manage shortage reports.

**Requirements?**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field - Mandatory.
- Working with SAP MM modules, Smartsheet and other internal organizational systems - Mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in English - speaking and writing - Mandatory.
- Proven experience in material flow control, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Working days
- Sunday to Thursday 8:00-17:00 Israel time - Mandatory**
