Job Description

The role involves leading CCO/iCCM team on global level, driving and executing CCO/iCCM vision and strategy, responsibility for financial results and business development. The role also involves internal and external client relationship, close cooperation with various internal stakeholders, planning and managing service delivery of the team as well as conflict management.
- General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

- responsible for creation and execution of CCO/iCCM vision and strategy
- responsible for CCO/iCCM financial results
- business development activities (as per sales targets)
- SPOC for internal and external clients
- client relationship management
- leading global teams or global projects
- providing comprehensive contract commercial support for the business and other internal functions
- provide trainings to Business and other stakeholders
- contract and commercial risk mitigation
- communicate effectively on various contract &commercial matters to account/delivery teams as well as finance, BRM
- lead global legal projects related to optimization of CCM processes

- able to provide comprehensive advice to the management on complex contract and commercial issues
