**TGT English - Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to students in accordance with the curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate.
