**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and create designs**: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
- **Design and produce graphics**: Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website elements.
- **Collaborate with the marketing team**: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure that visual content is consistent with the brand and meets project objectives.
- **Manage multiple projects**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
- **Stay updated on industry trends**: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.
- **Ensure brand consistency**: Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring that all designs align with the company’s visual identity guidelines.
- **Revise and improve designs**: Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- **Prepare files for production**: Ensure that all design files are prepared correctly for print or digital publication.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience with Motion Graphics**: Familiarity with animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- **Web Design Experience**: Understanding of web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- **Branding Experience**: Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
