UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and other relevant design artifacts to inform the design process.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
- Develop high-quality interface designs that adeptly communicate interaction concepts and produce production-ready assets and precise design

specifications
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and technology.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and user-centred projects.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

**Work Location**: Jayanagar - Bangalore.
