Job Summary:
**Requirements**:

- 1-2 yrs of experience required.
- Bachelor's degree, business administration, or a related field but not preferred.
- Proven experience in a student counsellor/customer-facing sales role, preferably in IT training institutes.
- Strong understanding of negotiation concepts, including strong convincing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
