
Safety and Service Coordinator

**Primary Objectives**
- Responsible for managing all fleet documents. Ensure all equipment have proper documentation. For example; insurance documents, expiry dates, registrations, etc.
- Update Insurance deeds.
- Obtaining the Fuel, Border and other necessary detailed reports from the third parties.
- Create and update entries in Fleet Manager for Ambassador Pass, Blue Water Bridge Pass, Border Transponders & E-Z Pass cards
- Create separate accounts for both companies for A Pass, Blue Water Bridge, Border Transponder, EZ Pass or any other common accounts
- Permits, Insurance Claims & IFTA
- Cancel EZ Pass account & open Pre-Pass Plus account for all units which will cover both Tolls & Scale Bi-Pass
- Hazmat Permits Updating CVOR & DOT’s MCS 150
**Skills & Abilities**
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain results
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts including employees and drivers
- Strong knowledge of North American trucking regulations and geography
- Strong knowledge of ELD / HOS regulations and laws
- Must maintain a positive and approachable image
- Must have Safety and Recruiting experience in a corporate atmosphere
- Assessment techniques such as: examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting
- Strong understanding of dispatch operations in the transportation industry
- Effective planning and organization
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
