**Reporting to**: Senior Research & Development Associate

**Location**: Agra (UP).

**Duties**:
To create and develop new formulation in powders and capsules form in Nutraceuticals.

To ensure the formulation and claims fall under FSSAI rules and regulations.

Establish product controls and procedures to ensure that newly developed products meet.

Engage in the troubleshooting and recommendation/ modifications to existing product formulas and/or processes to improve productivity, quality, and/or product cost.

Identify substitutes for raw materials.

To evaluate new ingredients for existing and new products and reduce the costing of the existing products.

Formulate and create bench top samples for presentation to inside and outside customers, while maintaining awareness of current plant process capabilities.

Responsible for the timely and right execution of product development activities including formulation development, supporting pilot & plant trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.).

Use of branded bio-actives according to the standards.

To create Protein formulations for Sports Nutrition, Lactating Mother, Kid’s General Recovery and other products.

To develop full sports nutrition product range in powders and capsules form with major focus on taste profile of the product.

To manage full R&D team in order to achieve results in final manner.

Document all phases of research and development

Perform all other responsibilities assigned by the management.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
