CNC & Vmc Programmer / Operator

Our product range is widely distributed among different categories like - Fittings, Tubings, Valves - Ball, Needle, Check Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Manifolds, Double and Single Block and Bleed, Condensate Pots, Sampling Cylinders etc. We currently have our manufacturing facilities located in Prantij, Gujarat and Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Writing and optimizing CNC & VMC programs to create complex parts and components.
- Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
- Testing programs and making adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborating with engineers and machinists to evaluate project requirements and resolve issues related to machine setup and program performance.
- Maintaining records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notes.
- Staying updated with the latest software and training on new equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations in the workplace.
- Develop and implement CNC & VMC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (CNC & VMC).
- Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC & VMC machinery for initial production runs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
