**Job Title: Team Leader - Sales and Lead Generation**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cold call and warm call specialists.
- Set clear performance targets and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

**2. Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation tactics.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

**3. Cold Calls and Warm Calls**:

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's cold calling and warm calling skills.
- Monitor call quality, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Personally handle complex or high-value calls to demonstrate best practices.

**4. Conversion Expertise**:

- Analyze conversion rates and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the sales pipeline and maximize conversions.

**5. Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, call conversion rates, and revenue.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a sales or lead generation role.
- Strong knowledge of cold calling, warm calling, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
