About the role:

What you will get to do:

- Support the recruiting function by posting positions on external websites, scheduling interviews, and manage applicant flow in the Applicant Tracking System
- Create and maintain job posting on external job board websites
- Administer Employee Referral Program by acting as the first point of contact for employees for all programs related matters and appropriately work with payroll to process bonus payment payout
- Support the Contingent Workforce Program by working with 3rdparty Managed Service Provider to ensure seamless on-boarding for the contingent workers, process invoices, and other administrative tasks
- Assist with preparing reports by collecting, generating, analyzing, summarizing and updating data for many Talent Acquisition Programs
- Provide day-to-day support for other Talent Acquisition Programs (New Hire Orientation, Internship Program, Core Value Champion Program, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Who we are looking for:

Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition team in a supporting capacity
- PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and teamwork
- Outstanding organization and analytical skills
- High sense of ownership
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with a great attention to detail
- A strong interest in current Talent Acquisition methods, associated technology and programs

Nice to have:

- General understanding of complex globally distributed enterprise
- Experience using Jobvite
