Our Client is an Indian multinational company that provides technology and business process outsourcing service.

**Job Title**: Non voice process US healthcare.

Work Location: Kolkata.

Any Graduate with minimum 1 year & above experience in Us health care Non-Voice Process.

Must have experience in AR Caller, Claims Processing, Claims Adjudicator.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year and above of experience in US healthcare AR calling, claims processing, claims adjudication
- Benefit Configuration & Premium Billing
- Knowledge in Claims Processing
- Knowledge in Benefit Configuration and Membership enrolment.
- Exhibit knowledge of Member Eligibility,
- Claims Inpatient / Out Patient/ Patient Registration.
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Week Off: 2 days rotational week off. 5 Days working
