**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in alignment with the institution's mission and vision.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning methodologies.
- **Academic Excellence**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous academic curriculum that integrates Indian cultural values and spirituality.
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained across all levels of the institution.
- **Student Development**:

- Create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters the holistic development of students - intellectually, morally, and spiritually.
- Implement programs and initiatives to promote student well-being, character development, and leadership skills.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of qualified educators and staff.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their professional development and instructional effectiveness.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Establish strong partnerships with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders to foster a sense of belonging and community involvement.
- Represent the institution positively in the local community and participate in outreach activities.
- **Administrative Oversight**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, facilities maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among staff, students, and parents.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably in a similar cultural or spiritual institution.
- Strong understanding of Indian cultural values, spirituality, and traditional educational philosophies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others towards a shared vision of academic excellence and holistic development.
