**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation within the IT industry.
- Execute and manage SEO/SEM campaigns, PPC advertising, and social media marketing across multiple platforms.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content tailored to target audiences in the IT sector.
- Oversee the management of the company’s website, blog, and social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Implement effective lead generation strategies, track and optimize lead funnels, and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- **Campaign Performance & Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and increase conversion rates.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) tailored to the IT industry to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on digital marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices within the IT industry.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
