Digital Incharge

The Digital Printing Machine Incharge is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of digital printing equipment to ensure high-quality output and efficient production. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with clients or other departments, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Set up and operate digital printing machines, including calibration and material loading.

Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during production.

2. Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

3. Production Management:
Plan and schedule print jobs to meet deadlines.

Ensure accurate execution of client specifications and quality standards.

4. Team Supervision:
Lead a team of operators and provide guidance when needed.

Train staff on machine operation and safety protocols.

5. Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stock of consumables (ink, paper, etc.).

Place orders for supplies to avoid production delays.

6. Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on completed prints to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Address and rectify defects or client complaints.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating and maintaining digital printing machines.

Understanding of various printing technologies, materials, and finishing techniques.

2. Analytical Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or software-related issues.

3. Organizational Skills:
Strong time management and scheduling abilities.

4. Communication:
Effective communication with clients, team members, and other departments.

- 2-5 years of experience in digital printing or a related field
