**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling and entertaining scripts for YouTube videos in Hinglish.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends on social media and YouTube to infuse relevant content into scripts.
- Collaborate with video producers and content creators to ensure seamless integration of scripts with visual elements.
- Write scripts that engage the target audience and align with the channel's tone and style.
- Conduct research to enhance the accuracy and credibility of script content.
- Adapt scripts to evolving audience preferences and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a scriptwriter, preferably for YouTube or social media content.
- Proficiency in writing in Hinglish (Hindi and English).
- Understanding of YouTube trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and shareable content ideas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with the entertainment and digital media landscape.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Video editing skills or experience working with video editing teams.
- Knowledge of SEO principles for YouTube.
