**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute sales strategy, including outreach, follow-ups, and presentations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of retail prospects, targeting those with legacy systems or integration challenges.
- Engage with decision-makers to communicate our value proposition and close deals.
- Represent us at industry events and keep abreast of market trends.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or retail technology sales.
- Proven ability to grow accounts strategically and hit sales targets.
- Familiarity with retail tech, particularly in ERP, OMS, and WMS integration.
- Experience closing mid-sized deals (400-500K) and managing a sales pipeline of 10M effectively.

- Self-motivated, with a competitive edge and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, capable of building meaningful client relationships.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and sales strategy.
- Excellent presentation skills, both virtual and in person, with a collaborative mindset.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹703,042.90 - ₹1,499,565.05 per year
