1. Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle
- Analysis, Design, development,Testing, Implementation and support of
2. Hands on experience with peopletools 8.51 and higher versions
3. Expertise in Application designer, Peoplecode,Application packages, Application
engine, File layouts, Component interface, Integration boker, Approval workflow
engine, Process scheduler, security administration and XMl publisher
4. Expertizse in creating and modifying SQR reports and batch programs
5. Good understanding on Payroll modules,Core HR and Benefits administration
6. Sound knowledge with SQL queries, and good to have knowledge on PL/SQL
concepts in Oracle platform
7. Proficient in creating technical design specifications, impact analysis, test case
and user manual documentations
8. Experience in working with business team on requirement gathering and for UAT
support
9. Should be able to work and submit the deliverables as a individual contributor
10. Good to have experience with PeoplSoft Mobile / Fluid technologies
