**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the founder of ARMMAN, across her multiple roles viz. a practicing urogynecologist, ARMMAN founder, and others.
- Accompany the founder to various hospitals as part of her medical practice.
- Provide clinical support to the patients.
- Be active on chat (whatsapp) to support any medical emergency communication.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Any other clinical coordination as required.
- Work week - 6 days a week.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelors in Homeopathic / Ayurvedic Medicine.
- Experience in medical/hospital domain is not mandatory, freshers will be considered too.
- Interest to work for an NGO supporting women and children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate and support for calls and mails from home when required.
- Ready for late hour working in case of emergencies & short term travel if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
