**Job Role -**

As an **Associate - Flywire**, you are responsible for carrying out the Flywire payments activity for United Kingdom BU to generate revenue. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert. Your inbound sales start the moment an offer is generated for the student and ends when the student successfully makes the Fee Payment/Payment Deposit through Flywire to the institution.

**Work Responsibilities -**
- Call Partners/ Students whenever required for follow up on Flywire Payment Support.
- Push the Partners for enabling the students to make Payment Deposits through Flywire.
- Tag the eligible students on Flywire agent portal and reconcile the portal weekly.
- Update Flywire Register & reconcile weekly.
- Handling phone calls of Partner Associates, follow up with Partner Associates & KC Branches to support the student in making successful flywire payment.
- Support and Counsel KC IT Park Students whenever required for making Payment Deposits through Flywire.
- Achieve process fluency and act as SPOC and expert in Flywire payment generation domain.
- Achieve and maintain Turn Around Time (TAT) and other Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in the process delivery.- Must be a highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving
- Should be good in Excel, Mailing within and outside the organization.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be adept in functioning independently with mínimal guidance
- Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors
- Should be able to collaborate with the team and work as per the assigned tasks
