Job Title: Finance Executive
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Assistant to the CFO with a Chartered
Accountant qualification, MBA, M. Com, or Cost Accountant Certification from a recognized institute.
This critical role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, compliance regulations, and
financial analysis. The Assistant to the CFO will play a vital role in strategic financial decision-making and
ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial information within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Banking Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of banking operations, including loan transactions,
reconciliations, and relationships with financial institutions.
2. Accounting:
Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with established
financial policies and procedures.
3. Payment Follow-Ups:
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments, coordinating with vendors and clients to
expedite payment processes.
4. Cost Sheets:
Prepare and analyze detailed cost sheets to assist in financial decision-making and performance
monitoring.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the projects.
6. Fund Management:
Assist with fund management activities, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and
financial risk assessment.
7. Cost Analysis:
Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements,
supporting department managers in cost management efforts.
8. Financial Systems and Processes:
Work on implementing automation solutions to streamline accounting workflows and improve
the efficie
